Please note that all phone/video consults require patients to have had a face to face appointment within the last 12 months or be registered with MyMedicare to be eligible for a medicare rebate.
If you haven’t heard about the medicare safety-net then it is important you register for this to ensure you are getting the maximum medicare rebate possible.

Script only (no consult)
Fee $30 (no medicare rebate)
This service is to request a script outside of an appointment. You can also request other simple items such as a pathology form, radiology form, simple referral or medical certificate.

Short Consult (15 min)
Fee $175 (Medicare Rebate Level B $43.90)
This consult is for a short follow up appointment, usually for existing patients to follow up simple, uncomplicated issues.

Standard Consult (30min)
Fee $330 (Medicare Rebate Level C $84.90)
This consult type is booked as standard. This allows Dr. Bryce and yourself to discuss your concerns and address any issues properly and comprehensively.

Complete new patient forms and have any information sent to Dr. Joynson prior to your appointment to maximise the time during the appointment.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments will be confirmed via phone or text message at least 24 hours prior.
Failure to attend your appointment without valid reason will result in a non-refundable payment of 50% of the appointment fee.
